This zip file should contain the following:
	Readme.txt - This ASCII text file.
	MousePad.exe - The MousePad Ver 1.0 exe file.
	MousePad.Doc - The Write format documentation file for this program.

	MousePad ver 1.0 is distributed as Freeware with the DollarVote Option.
	What this means is you are free to use it or give it away, but you may not sell it or package it with other products without the author's permission. The author retains all rights to the program.
	The DollarVote option is the chance to participate in the future development of the program. Read the enclosed document file and use the program, if you think it is useful, or perhaps might become useful to you if developed further, please send a dollar to the author.  If there is enough interest, it will be developed further and you will be contacted when the next version is available.
